Role – We’re looking for a

highly organized Operations Specialist

to partner closely with senior leadership and help run the business day to day. This in-office role combines

executive support ,

business operations , and

offsite management

in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Provide executive-level support to senior leadership (calendar, meetings, travel)

Own day-to-day operational workflows that keep the company running efficiently

Track leadership priorities, KPIs, and action items

Support hiring operations and onboarding

Help maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences

Partner with HR and Finance on vendors, payroll inputs, AP/AR, and compliance

Plan and execute leadership and company offsites end-to‑end

Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scales

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment

Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth environments

Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities

Strong organization, communication, and judgment

Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership

Comfortable working in‑office with leadership
