7 Senses Therapy Center, Inc. is seeking a full-time pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and families, a go-getter attitude, and experience with neurodiversity-affirming practice, AAC, early language, speech sound disorders, and fluency.

Experience working directly with AAC Vendors is a plus!

*Responsibilities*

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients to evaluate speech and language disorders. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress. * Provide speech therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance communication skills. * Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to support patient development. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. * Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development.

*Necessary Qualifications:*

* Completion of Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution. * Active license (in good standing) to practice as an SLP in the state of Virginia (or eligible to obtain). * Successful completion of Certificate of Clinical Competence. (CFs welcome with multi-year commitment). * Strong communication and client advocacy skills. * Experience with electronic medical records. * Proof of current CPR and Basic Life Support certification (or willing to obtain).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
