Role Description This is a full-time field-based role for a Physical Therapist based in South Dallas. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services to enhance mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Key responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, implementing rehabilitation strategies, monitoring progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to deliver attentive, patient-focused care. The role involves working closely with patients in their homes to ensure safe and effective therapeutic interventions.
Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy techniques and Rehabilitation practices Strong background in Patient Care and the ability to tailor therapy sessions for individual needs Experience in Home Care and the ability to perform therapy sessions in patient homes Knowledge of medical principles related to Physical Therapy and managing patient conditions Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist and a valid driver’s license Experience in home health and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) is an advantage
Compensation: *Pay based on relevant experience* - Salary or Per-visit - $120,000+
