SUMMARY OF DUTIES: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through clinical counseling, group therapy, and individual therapy sessions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and social needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations. Provide clinical counseling through one-on-one sessions and group therapy. Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support client progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with medical terminology standards. Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at improving therapeutic practices and outcomes. Advocate for clients’ needs within the healthcare system and community resources.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Experience in patient care settings, demonstrating strong clinical counseling skills. Proficiency in group therapy techniques and social work practices. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to mental health care. Knowledge of systems theory as it applies to social work practice. Ability to engage in clinical research and apply findings to improve client care. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing compassionate support to clients.
