Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Medfamily Wellcare Center
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high‑quality behavioral health and community care services at our Wellcare Center located in Thermopolis, WY.
Responsibilities
Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical counseling for mental health issues, including PTSD.
Lead group therapy sessions to foster peer support.
Manage medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care in community settings.
Utilize coding for documentation and billing, and implement evidence‑based ABA practices.
Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.
Qualifications
Master’s in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Valid LCSW licensure.
Experience in behavioral health settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of PTSD care preferred.
This full‑time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and requires in‑person work. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week. Relocation assistance available.
