What You’ll Do Provide hands-on newborn care and parent education Support feeding routines, soothing, sleep, and newborn transitions Offer overnight or daytime care depending on family needs Serve as a trusted expert during the newborn period
Compensation Compensation varies based on experience, certifications, and assignment type.
Who We’re Looking For Certified NCS or equivalent professional newborn experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on newborn care Infant CPR & First Aid certified Calm, professional, and confident working with families Strong communication and collaboration skills
