The CEO will be tasked with strengthening the leadership team, driving commercial performance, and maintaining a best-in-class compliance posture while ensuring sustainable, profitable growth and protecting brand and reputational equity.
Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have at least 15 years' of progressive leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in a senior P&L role. The ideal candidate will have a background in a regulated, manufacturing-led, or consumer products business, and must demonstrate a history of success in improving execution and compliance. Strong executive presence, governance-facing communication skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams are essential. The role requires a leader who is Florida-based or willing to relocate, with a Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement. Multilingual capability, particularly in Spanish, is a plus.
