Southeastern North Carolina
is seeking a
CT Technologist
to join its dedicated imaging team on the

Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of
CT exams
(neuro, chest, angio, trauma, and contrast studies), along with basic X-ray and fluoroscopic procedures as needed. Review patient histories, lab results, and orders to ensure safe and effective imaging. Start IVs, administer contrast media under protocol, and monitor patients throughout the scan. Operate CT scanners and imaging equipment safely and effectively; follow ALARA radiation principles. Document all procedures accurately in the EMR and PACS systems; communicate urgent results when needed. Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Maintain equipment, follow infection control policies, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: ARRT (R)
certification required. ARRT (CT)
certification required within 12 months of hire (hospital-supported training available). Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current
BLS (AHA)
certification. 2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates who are ARRT-registered or registry-eligible are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and respond quickly during emergencies.
