Description We are looking for a dedicated part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing support to various departments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. The schedule will be 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls professionally, providing accurate information and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain organized records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings to optimize team workflows.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist with receptionist duties by greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Ensure administrative office operations run efficiently by managing supplies and equipment.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to address scheduling conflicts and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong proficiency in data entry and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and office management software.
