Your work will not only optimize current operations but also lay the groundwork for future advancements, making a tangible impact on how energy is consumed and managed. **Acquire and aggregate extensive datasets from diverse sources, ensuring data integrity and adherence to internal reporting standards. * Conduct in-depth analysis of energy consumption and behavioral trends, identifying key patterns and insights. * Develop load profiles and forecasts to support grid planning and managed energy programs. * Utilize statistical and visualization techniques to effectively communicate complex data findings to stakeholders. * Collaborate closely with program managers and external partners to define data requirements and resolve data inconsistencies. * Routinely troubleshoot data issues to maintain accuracy and consistency across large datasets. **Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. * 2-5 years of experience in data analysis. * Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically Python. * Expertise in visualization platforms, particularly Power BI. * Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and applying data cleaning techniques. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis. **Experience working with energy consumption data and conducting trend analysis. * Familiarity with telematics, charger-level, and meter-level data. * Experience with Salesforce. * Knowledge of utility operations, managed charging programs, and demand response. * The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40-44/hr. #
