Supervisor : Business Development Manager
Essential Job Functions:
Warmly greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
Provide information and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department
Answer incoming calls in English and/or Spanish with a professional demeanor
Screen and direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Manage office access and security protocols
Translate during interviews and between employees as needed in the office environment
Maintain a high level of quality work at all times
Maintain good relationships with Technicians, Foreman, Superintendents, Inspectors, Developers, and other co-workers
Aid coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift
Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
Represent and promote Grayson Carter and Son in a professional and honest manner
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach
Must be physically able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift 25 pounds
Ability to obtain Arsenal Badge preferred, but not required
Ability to obtain FBI Badge preferred, but not required
Requires personal transportation to/from work
Work weekends and overtime as needed
Committed to attending work each day
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
