Job Summary
The Corporate Recruiter will recruit qualified candidates for our growing workforce and support the hiring needs of Excelsia Injury Care as needed. The successful recruiter will build effective relationships with our Human Resource team, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a successful hiring and on-boarding process.
Duties/Responsibilities
Updates and posts open positions through job boards or other means of advertisement.
Sources and manages the full recruitment cycle.
Proactively discover passive candidates through social media, various job boards, job fairs, and other recruiting methods.
Understands and explains Excelsia Injury Cares culture, qualifications, and requirements of all positions.
Develops and maintains a professional and consistent candidate screening process to identify and source qualified candidates.
Stays informed of hiring best practices and hiring laws and regulations.
Conduct phone interviews and coordinate onsite interviews for final selections.
Communicate with hiring managers on hiring needs and candidate screening process.
Assist HR team as needed with specialty projects and/or initiatives.
Required Skills/Abilities
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ability to multitask in a high volume recruiting environment.
High level of customer service & phone skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to use multiple computer systems seamlessly.
Multi-state experience is a plus.
Education and Experience
1-2 years of recruiting experience desired.
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Associates Degree in relevant field preferred.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizations facilities.
