We are looking to hire a full-time recruiter. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of previous experience in recruiting or sales. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Fill open job postings as quickly as possible, with people who meet our requirements. Responsible for all aspects recruiting new talent. Review resumes and phone screen applicants. Seek out potential candidates and invite them to apply to our open positions. Schedule and conduct interviews. Make job offers to the selected candidates. Collaborate with department heads to identify future hiring needs. Keep our job postings fresh and effective. Post open positions: on online job boards, social media, printed advertisements, etc... Assist in the onboarding process. Check in with new employees and their supervisor periodically to get feedback. Lead the Personnel committee meeting. Additional Job Duties: During times when recruiting work is low or turned off, recruiter will help the Marketing department with projects, or the Sales department with prospecting calls. Stay up to date and informed on any new laws and regulations that affect the hiring process. Required Experience / Skills: 1+ years of experience in a personnel focused role. Bachelor's degree preferred. Sharp analytical skills. Very high attention-to-detail / High Conscientiousness / Accurate work / Self Managing. No conviction record, PFA order against them, or anything else that would prevent them from purchasing or owning a firearm. Able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug test. (including marijuana per federal regulations).
