Core One seeks a Recruiter to support the MARSOC R&A program. This position requires a current SECRET clearance. Primary responsibilities include managing large pools of qualified new working applicants, understanding and executing systematic recruiting, and driving the processing of all command screening checklists and special operations physicals. The Recruiter will also maintain commitment with assigned applicants and assist the uniform recruiter with dissemination of information pertaining to A&S. Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations may be required in support of the R&A mission as directed by the Assistant Operations Officer. Required skills include former USMC E-6 to E-9 with four years prior experience as a Marine Corps Recruiter or as a Unit Career Planner, completion of the Marine Resident or Non-Resident Staff Non-Commissioned Officer Career or Advance Course, possession of a secret clearance on day one of contract execution, possession of a current passport, and a complete understanding of all Marine Corps Forces Manpower Policies related to retention and lateral moves. Shall possess a working knowledge of MARSOC and the associated missions applicable to the Critical Skills Operator's and Special Operations Officer's.
