We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Texas Corporate Office to own full‑cycle recruitment for all hourly operations roles in the area. You will own high‑volume recruitment for CDL drivers and hourly operations roles across Texas, partnering directly with leaders to source top talent, build pipelines, and drive hires from intake to onboarding. Leveraging data, social strategies, and a continuous improvement mindset, you will help position us as an employer of choice for Texas operations talent.

What You Will Be Doing

Partner with operations hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire CDL drivers and other hourly operations talent for Texas vacancies

Coordinate background checks and related pre‑employment processes in line with company standards

Lead hiring managers through full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings through offer and background checks

Work collaboratively to create compelling, on‑brand recruitment content for social and digital channels

Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hourly and operations hiring needs

Draft and refine job postings to clearly reflect role requirements and attract top talent

Balance strong candidate advocacy with a business‑focused mindset to support high‑quality, timely hiring decisions

Use recruitment data and metrics to report on outcomes and recommend improvements

Implement and execute a purpose‑driven hiring strategy aligned with our values, safety culture, and operational priorities

Apply and continuously improve best practices, maintaining a continuous improvement mindset

Stay current on industry, labor market, and technology trends in Texas to expand networks and improve sourcing strategies

Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation and records, including job descriptions, interview notes, and reference / background information

Travel within Texas as needed to meet with hiring managers, attend hiring events, and strengthen relationships at plant and site locations

Complete project work as required

What We Would Like From You

Three or more years of experience managing high volume full‑cycle recruitment processes, ideally for operations and hourly roles

Solid understanding of U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and Texas transportation regulations

Highly organized, detail‑driven, and capable of balancing day‑to‑day recruiting tasks with strategic planning

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and leaders and influence hiring decisions

Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Creative and proactive approach to sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates

Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to streamline, optimize and improve recruiting processes

Agile and adaptable, able to pivot quickly as hiring needs, priorities and market conditions change

Experience using applicant tracking systems such as UKG

Experience leveraging social media platforms and recruiting tools to attract top talent

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred – equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Bilingual in English and Spanish would be considered an asset, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce

Location and other key details

This is a full‑time permanent position based out of our Texas Corporate office in Irving

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with occasional additional hours as required
