About the Role The DSP helps individuals with developmental disabilities live their best lives by providing personal care, companionship, and life skill training. Activities may include grocery shopping, bowling, movies, holiday celebrations, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living tasks.
Plan and participate in recreational activities.
Provide emotional support and encouragement.
Encourage and reinforce self‑reliance skills.
Collaborate with team members to support residents’ goals.
Benefits & Compensation
Base pay $19.00/hr.
$1,000 sign‑on bonus and $1,500 referral bonus.
Paid training.
Additional bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and tuition reimbursement.
Part‑time options and 2nd & 3rd shift available.
Weekend work required.
