About The Role Genuine Machine Products is hiring a versatile inspector who thrives on variety and exactness. You’ll rotate through inspection stations to keep quality airtight from dock to shipment.
Your Impact
Guard aerospace quality at every gate: receiving, in‑process, First Article (FAI), and final inspection.
Produce complete, accurate AS9102 FAI packages aligned to customer requirements.
Read drawings and specifications, apply GD&T, and validate features with precision tools.
Flag and document nonconformances; follow established protocols for disposition and reporting.
Partner with production, engineering, and customers to address discrepancies and drive improvement.
Maintain thorough records and quality documentation.
What You’ll Use
Calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
Knowledge of AS9102, AS9100/ISO 9001, and GD&T.
Tools and systems exposure that’s a plus: CMM, Net Inspect, and Discuss.
What You Bring
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T literacy.
Clear communication, meticulous documentation, and attention to detail.
Independent work style with excellent time management; comfortable floating between stations.
Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
