Overview The Emerging Talent INVEST Program (ETIP) – Guardian Pathway is a 9‑month paid, fully remote, entry‑level learning experience designed for recent college graduates. It offers coaching, mentorship and a clear career path in claims resolution.
Program Highlights
9-month paid, fully remote learning track
Virtual classroom, peer shadowing, simulations, case studies, and hands‑on experience
Fully remote (candidates must reside in specified states)
Interactive sessions, one‑on‑one mentorship, collaborative projects
Fully paid licensing and advanced education opportunities
Career progression post‑graduation into claims resolution manager roles and beyond
How You'll Make an Impact What will you do? You’ll partner with peers and training specialists to progress through self‑study, virtual classroom sessions, guided training and hands‑on application. Over time you’ll gain increasing hands‑on experience in claims management.
What can you expect?
Structured learning with instructor‑led sessions, online modules, job shadowing and mentorship.
Shadow claims experts to learn best practices.
Practice in a simulated “sandbox” environment.
Complete program milestones and performance checkpoints.
Collaborate and network with peers, mentors and cross‑functional teams.
Gradual claim ownership starting in week 3.
Support claims management, benefit calculations, wage loss evaluations and return‑to‑work considerations.
Analyze medical documentation and regulatory guidelines.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
Apply carrier guidelines and client service instructions.
Build reserving acumen.
About You Education:
Bachelor’s degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred. Candidates with proven experience will be considered.
