Base pay range

$86,640.00/yr - $164,160.00/yr

Location : In‑office 1‑2 days per week. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. How You Will Make An Impact

Benefit Ownership: Manage assigned pricing models and benefits, ensuring data accuracy, methodology consistency, and timely bid filing readiness.

Contract Interpretation: Review vendor and benefit contracts, translating terms into accurate pricing assumptions and model inputs.

Data Validation & Issue Resolution: Validate data sources, troubleshoot discrepancies, and resolve issues quickly to maintain model integrity.

Experience Analysis: Conduct experience studies to support pricing decisions and assumption development.

Audit Support: Assist with CMS bid desk reviews and audits by preparing documentation and explanations of pricing methodologies.

Leadership & Collaboration: Lead special projects, develop process improvements, and provide guidance and training to junior analysts.

Minimum Requirements • BA/BS degree and passed a minimum of four Society of Actuaries (SOA) actuarial exams and a minimum of 3 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

Intermediate Excel experience.

Intermediate SQL query experience.

Strong organization and project management experience.
