Job Description
This position supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical infrastructure systems—including electrical, electronic, mechanical, and HVAC components—across SUPERNAP facilities. The technician collaborates with operations teams to reduce costs and improve efficiency through creative problem‑solving.
Responsibilities Respond to customer requests; conduct power, cooling, and facility audits; provide necessary reporting and documentation. Investigate anomalies in power, communication, and cooling systems and identify unusual sights, smells, or sounds to ensure uninterrupted service.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56,160.00 – $56,160.00/yr.
Company pays premium for medical and dental insurance.
Company provides tools and uniforms—nothing out of pocket from employee.
Historically annual raises, bonuses, and holiday gifts.
Company matches 401(k) up to a total of 6%.
