This position supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical infrastructure systems—including electrical, electronic, mechanical, and HVAC components—across SUPERNAP facilities. The technician collaborates with operations teams to reduce costs and improve efficiency through creative problem‑solving.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests for assistance with infrastructure systems.
Conduct power, cooling, and facility audits.
Provide necessary reporting and documentation.
Investigate anomalies in power, communication, and cooling systems.
Identify unusual sights, smells, or sounds to ensure uninterrupted service.
