Configure the system to support business and IT needs, user requests, and process changes Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions and perform in-depth analysis of current workflows Execute platform maintenance activities and communicate system changes to end users Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for large project initiatives and propose system solutions Manage end user requests and provide data analysis to support IT and business initiatives What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Informatics, Engineering, or related field Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in an IT environment with various IT-related responsibilities Five (5) years of system administration experience of a PPM platform or enterprise software package Five (5) years of experience in process improvement within business or technical environments Strong background in IT Security, specifically IT Risk and Vulnerability Management How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
