Job Overview At Edward Jones, a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) works closely with financial advisors to provide administrative and operational support, facilitate client communication, and enhance the overall client experience. The BOA serves as the first point of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in‑person interactions. Key responsibilities include opening accounts, handling transfers, scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.

Assist in opening accounts, processing transfers, and maintaining accurate client records.

Manage scheduling, appointment preparation, and correspondence to support financial advisors.

Support marketing activities and event execution.

Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing on the branch business plan.

Utilize firm‑provided technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Proficiency with digital tools and a willingness to learn new software.
