Job Overview As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will partner with financial advisors to support a small client‑support team. You are the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience across phone, in‑person, and digital interactions. Your role is essential in helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.

Manage account opening, transfers, and other client requests; process transactions and prepare documentation.

Handle administrative tasks: schedule appointments, prepare materials for meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives.

Maintain accurate client records and update SOPs, contributing to the branch business plan.

Utilize technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.

Participate in annual business planning and client‑needs assessments to identify opportunities for additional services.

Assist in marketing activities, including planning and executing events.

Qualifications

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability.

Excellent conversational and team collaboration skills.

Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software.

Ability to work independently under the direction of a financial advisor.

Hiring Range

Hiring Minimum: $26.10
