We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our client's team in
Charlotte, NC . This role involves facilitating daily stand‑ups and managing core project responsibilities such as scope definition, staffing, status communication, budget oversight, and risk/issue management.

Description
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team collaboration including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives, while removing impediments and minimizing external interference.
Manage project delivery and reporting by tracking progress, ensuring commitments are met, and overseeing scope, schedule, resources, and financials.
Support product development and quality through requirement extraction, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating on scheduling work, defect remediation, and technical debt prevention.
Enable continuous improvement and alignment by guiding processes, resolving conflicts, balancing stakeholder interests, and promoting adherence to quality and Agile practices.
Profile
Education & Communication Skills: Degree in IT, business, or related field, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills: Strong people skills, adept at working with diverse teams and resolving conflicts effectively.
Project & Financial Management: Solid understanding of project scoping, estimation, and financial controls, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Agile & Quality Expertise: Background in project management or Scrum Master roles; familiarity with quality management tools and techniques. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred!
