Job Title Recovery Specialist
Job Overview HarrisLoftus, PLLC, a fast-growing law firm representing national clients across three states, is seeking a Legal Recovery Specialist.
About the Role We are looking for an organized, dynamic, and communicative Legal Recovery Specialist with experience in a legal setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for post-judgment collection efforts, from start to finish. They will also help other internal teams manage workloads and improve collection statistics.
What you’ll be doing
Preparing and filing court documents in Maryland and Georgia
Engaging with co-workers and outside vendors to improve workflows
Maintaining current knowledge of local rules in various jurisdictions
Communicating with attorneys/consumers on a wide range of legal and financial matters
Exceeding monthly goals (with bonus pay!)
Job Requirements
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Microsoft Office (Preferred)
Experience in office setting (Preferred)
