Salary Range : $22.50 - $31.50 Hourly

As Inventory Manager, you will act as a process champion and will oversee the inventory management processes for monitoring and control. You will also oversee the integration of monthly inventory planning and monitoring process into the Sales and Operations cycle. You will be responsible for managing all daily inventory transactions in the warehouse and all activities related to inventory control ensuring that all inventory levels are accurate and that the physical inventory matches systematic records.
Essential Job Functions
Direct inventory personnel to ensure compliance with systematic inventory levels
Coordinate daily job schedules, monitor inventory flow through the B2B and B2C process, forklift operators, safety compliance and project management as needed
Prepare reports that help insure we are on target to reach departmental goals
Maintain accurate inventory using inventory control procedures
Responsible for transferring product in the system from one location to another
Revise and research all orders when there is a product discrepancy prior to an approval
Assist the shipping department when help is needed
Train and develop Inventory Clerks and Material Handlers in proactive approaches to inventory accuracy
Lead and train Warehouse and Production personnel on proper methods to maintain inventory accuracy throughout operation: Quality resolution, Production, Shipping and Receiving issues, Inventory movements
Manage processes and procedures that support, record all production and inventory activities in the WMS system
Maintain clear and effective communication on all inventory issues
Maintain warehouse and equipment safety standards and regulations
Qualifications Job Specifications – includes Education, physical and mental demands, and working conditions
Minimum three (3) years inventory control experience
Minimum two (2) years of supervisor experience
Excellent math, problem solving skills and leadership
English speaking and Spanish a plus but not a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Forklift certification
Bachelor’s degree preferred
APICS / CPIM a plus
Performing physical inventories/ annual counts
Performing and managing cycle count programs
General knowledge in warehouse systems
Working Conditions Warehouse environment
