Bilingual Inventory Control Specialist
Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Inventory Control & Accuracy
Ensure all products are properly accounted for and inventory levels are maintained with the highest degree of accuracy
Conduct and oversee regular cycle counts, stock audits, and full inventory reconciliations
Lead efforts to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies and root cause issues
Ensure accurate and timely updates to inventory records in warehouse management systems (WMS)
Generate, analyze, and present reports on inventory levels, variances, trends, and accuracy metrics
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency
Warehouse Operations & Logistics
Supervise daily warehouse activities including quality assurance, space management, floor productivity, shipping, and receiving operations
Develop and maintain warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, and processing methods
Oversee inventory movements, picking accuracy, packaging standards, and distribution processes
Schedule and coordinate warehouse workflow to maximize efficiency and meet customer service standards
Oversee logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, ensuring efficient delivery coordination
Review and optimize workflows, space allocations, equipment layouts, and operational procedures
Safety, Compliance & Maintenance
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with company standards and OSHA regulations
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly and coordinate general maintenance when necessary
Establish and enforce safety standards, procedures, and best practices
Ensure compliance with the requirements of the company's Quality Management System
Collaboration & Process Improvement
Partner with warehouse leadership and cross-functional teams to align inventory practices with operational goals
Meet regularly with management to analyze productivity, inventory performance, and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
Train and support warehouse staff on inventory procedures, WMS usage, and operational standards
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency
Required Skills, Experience, and Education
High School Diploma
2-4+ years of experience in inventory control and warehouse operations
Bilingual in Spanish is required
Hands‑on experience with cycle counting, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution
Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or certification
