We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Glazing Project Manager with an offer available for the right candidate. This role requires overseeing small to mid-sized commercial storefront and curtain wall projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage glazing projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate project logistics, including material expediting, deliveries, and inspections. Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong communication and addressing project needs. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams for smooth project execution. Conduct project reviews, track progress, and resolve any issues impacting timelines or budgets. Enforce compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures. Lead and direct on-site personnel to ensure productivity and efficiency. Requirements
Qualifications: Proven project management experience in glazing, construction, or related industry. Strong expertise in expediting, logistics coordination, and material management. Hands‑on experience managing storefront and curtain wall systems. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage clients and teams. Ability to work independently in an on‑site environment. Preferred: Prior experience as an Expeditor. Detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
