Job Overview In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large‑scale planning for Data Management. You will review and analyze multi‑faceted, larger‑scale, or longer‑term Data Management challenges that require in‑depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi‑faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.
Responsibilities
Perform data analysis and testing for treasury management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Design and document technical solutions to address complex business challenges and optimize processes.
Collaborate with data providers, peers, technology teams, and senior business partners to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
Apply strong reasoning and problem‑solving capabilities paired with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Knowledge of financial institution balance sheet fundamentals, product offerings, and balance sheet management practices.
3+ years of proven experience in data analysis using SQL, Python, or similar tools (data transformation, analytics, large relational databases).
3+ years of experience in technical solution design to address business problems.
3+ years of experience with JIRA and/or Agile methodologies.
Pay Range:
$60 - $69,000
