Fixed Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of service, parts, and fixed operations departments
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency
Lead, train, and motivate department staff to achieve performance goals

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
Collaborate with other dealership departments to maximize overall business performance

Requirements
Proven experience in automotive fixed operations management or related field
