Position Summary:
Anistar is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialistfor a long term worktoprovide assistance managing, buying, and qualitycontrol of inventory and low voltageequipment.
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
Proven experience in telecommunications procurement/ inventory/ or warehouse environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks as well as have a strong knowledge of supply chain practices within the telecommunications industry. Candidates must be open to fast paced environment and have high attention to detail in their work
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for project needs
Evaluate suppliers for price and quality within changing market
Oversee warehouse operations with internal team
Manage inventory levels, materials, storage, and maintain accuracy/records for audits
Maintain and grow relationships with vendors
Resolve and troubleshoot any issues
Prepare reports on daily purchasing activity, inventory, and cost
Communicate with project managers/operations on material needs and timelines
