Anistar is seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to assist with service tickets, termination, and testing of various voice and data cables as well as security equipment. Pay Range:
$18-$25/hr, based on prior low voltage experience Job Responsibilities:
Managing service tickets for commercial environments Pulling and routing CAT5 or CAT6 cables in new construction and existing commercial structures Conducting site surveys of cabling, power, and equipment Installing support structures (ladders, racks, j-hooks) Pulling, routing, installing, and terminating structured cabling infrastructure in commercial settings Completing daily reports The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience installing and servicing voice, data, or security systems in commercial environments Ownership of basic telecom tools: punch down, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, hard hat, boots, safety glasses, etc. Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA, or NEC standards High integrity and strong character Willingness to travel Computer skills for report generation Referral Program:
