Overview
Experience as a member service leader with 6 months front‑end retail and customer service required. Must be 18+ years old. Associate leaders plan and support the associates in the assigned area to meet membership goals and provide a welcoming club environment. Responsibilities
Supervise, train and coach associates on processes, procedures and member service approaches. Handle member complaints, claims and returns; ensure accurate club paperwork and compliance with all policies. Assist associate hiring, scheduling, performance coaching, promotions and evaluations. Deliver membership service, process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, promote membership renewals, and support the Open Door policy. Maintain merchandising standards, cart flat‑bed organization, shrink/ damage identification and cart retrieval equipment use. Produce accounting records, perform daily deposits, prepare daily cash fund transfers and investigate overages and shortages. Model ethical behavior, promote teamwork, and represent the Walmart values in all customer and associate interactions. Minimum Qualifications
6 months retail experience, operating front‑end equipment (cash register). 6 months customer service experience. 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications
Front‑end team leadership experience. Hiring, evaluating, mentoring and workload management of associates. Knowledge of corporate policies, ethical compliance and the Open Door policy. Compensation
Base pay range: $21.00/hr – $29.00/hr. Hourly premium: $0.35/hr – $3.00/hr (up to two premiums may apply). Benefits
