Description Are you detail-oriented, love working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on accuracy? FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is looking for a proactive and meticulous Retail Inventory Auditor to play a key role in maintaining precise store asset balances.
The Benefits Specialist position supports the Benefits Department by being the first contact for our employees, answering questions and troubleshooting benefit-related issues. This position will provide guidance to our employee base on how to enroll, enter life events, to add or drop coverage, etc. For this reason, general knowledge of IRS Section 125 regulations is preferred.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Aid employees with our benefit plans, including new hire and open enrollment activities.
Assist with preparation and execution of annual open enrollment, including testing the self-enrollment system, reviewing and updating communications and tracking completion progress.
Maintain employee benefits filing system and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately into the enrollment system.
Assist with the verification of monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies and maintain statistical data related to premiums, claims and cost.
Act as liaison between HR, vendors and employees to provide support as it relates to benefit policies, procedures and claim disputes.
Ensure the accuracy of all eligibility information provided to vendors.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ years of experience in employee benefits administration
Knowledge of regulations affecting employee benefits; ACA, IRS Section 125, ERISA, COBRA, etc.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Prior experience administering open enrollment using a web-based enrollment system
Knowledge and experience of UltiPro HR, Payroll and Benefit systems preferred
Advanced MS Excel skills preferred (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus
