Application & Physics Specialist
Join RaySearch Laboratories in this full‑time, home‑based role (preferably in Eastern Germany) with frequent travel to customers across Germany and Austria.
About the position As part of a regional service team, you will handle installation, support, and education of our customers and distributors, both on‑site and remotely. You will support new customers during clinical implementation and work primarily with the installed base in Germany and Austria, occasionally on European projects.
Plan, perform and document assigned trainings and demos for customers, mostly at customer sites, or remotely or at the Stockholm training center
Support new customers during clinical implementation of our software
Provide application/technical support to the Sales department
Perform linac and proton beam modelling for available treatment machines
Gather and suggest product improvements, and solve problems
Your profile We are looking for an Application & Physics Specialist with a practical understanding of radiation therapy and particle therapy.
Desired qualities include teamwork, entrepreneurial spirit, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and independent analytical problem‑solving.
Qualifications
MSc in Medical Physics or Diploma in Physics or Medical Physics
At least 3–5 years of experience in the radiation therapy industry and/or clinical radiotherapy experience
Knowledge of linac and dosimetry
Sales and customer support experience, including written and verbal communication
Experience in education, training and project management
Ability to travel up to 50% of working time
Clinical experience in RayStation, and/or proton/heavy ion radiotherapy is considered a merit.
