About this Role We are looking for an

IT Support Specialist

to play a critical role in maintaining the health and performance of our technology infrastructure. This position is responsible for providing hands‑on support to end‑users, managing hardware and software setups, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences. You will be the go‑to person for resolving technical issues and enabling our teams to work efficiently and securely.

This is a

part‑time, hybrid role (20 hours per week)

based out of our

Castle Rock office , with the possibility of converting to a full‑time position in the future.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Manage hardware provisioning, inventory, and lifecycle.

Troubleshoot software, network, and system issues across Windows and macOS environments.

Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and access provisioning.

Maintain documentation of support procedures and known issues.

Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams to escalade and resolve complex issues.

Assist in deploying updates, patches, and security configurations.

Educate users on best practices and new technologies.

Deliver and improve a fantastic Employee Experience, for onboarding and internal support.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.

Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common enterprise applications.

Familiarity with MDM tools (Intune, etc.).

Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

Experience with automation tools or scripting (PowerShell, Bash).

Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).

Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, etc.).

Compensation:

This role offers $35–$43 an hour, depending on experience.
