Do you enjoy working with people and building connections? As a
Job Developer , you’ll help individuals with disabilities find meaningful jobs in the community. You’ll work with local businesses, support clients through the job search, and be there as they succeed on the job. It’s hands‑on, people‑focused work where your impact is easy to see.
What You’ll Do:
Connect with local businesses to create job opportunities for clients
Match clients with jobs that fit their skills and goals
Assist clients in developing resumes, completing applications and attending interviews
Develop and assist in the implementation of job‑specific training plans for each client.
Complete all required/necessary reports and documentation for pre‑placement services, specific job site placement, etc.
Job Type:
Full-Time
- Monday thru Friday; Hours may vary (Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. College degree in related field preferred.
Two (2) years work experience in business or industry.
One (1) year experience training individuals with disabilities preferred.
Other Requirements:
Must pass background/fingerprint investigation, TB test and pre‑employment drug screening. Must possess a valid NM driver’s license, proof of auto liability insurance, have own reliable transportation and an agency insurable driving record. Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, reach above shoulder(s), and kneel frequently. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., squat, crouch, balance, push/pull, and carry occasionally. Must be able to meet any requirement to do the job that the clients are being trained to perform. Must be able to sit, and perform computer tasks continuously as required to perform the essential duties of position. Adelante is a drug‑free workplace.
