Contract-to-Permanent
Responsibilities
Lead and empower IT technicians across Levels 1, 2, and 3 to ensure exceptional service and team success.
Maximum utilization of product updates, selection, and training for ConnectWise and related platforms.
Monitor service ticket resolution for speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Oversee deployment and maintenance of switches, firewalls, access points, and other security appliances.
Ensure all systems meet rigorous security and compliance standards.
Implement robust backup solutions and cloud deployments, including Microsoft 365.
Provide deep expertise in networking, security, and IT support services.
Coordinate installation and maintenance of surveillance systems, web design solutions, and audio‑visual displays.
Manage carrier and internet services to keep businesses running smoothly.
Supervise low‑voltage cabling installations and maintain a rock‑solid IT foundation.
Requirements
Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Active Directory environments.
Strong ability to diagnose and maintain computer hardware.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern cloud‑based solutions.
Skilled in configuring and maintaining switches, firewalls, and routers.
Familiarity with wireless access points and advanced network security protocols.
Solid background in IT helpdesk operations.
Deep understanding of IT products and solutions for small, medium, and large enterprises.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills to guide teams and drive projects to success.
