Location: Savannah, GA. Contract‑to‑Permanent (Contract).
Responsibilities
Configure, install, and manage Windows and Mac-based computers for clients.
Monitor systems daily to ensure optimal performance and hardware integrity.
Handle change requests across various systems and services with precision.
Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to elevate client environments.
Provide both onsite and remote support to troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly.
Set up and maintain routers, switches, and access points for seamless connectivity.
Document tasks, procedures, and essential client system details thoroughly.
Collaborate with colleagues to implement and maintain effective IT solutions.
Attend onsite appointments in detail‑oriented environments to meet technical needs.
Requirements
At least 3 years in IT support or a related technical field.
A+ and/or Network+ certifications (or equivalent knowledge).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks and work autonomously without constant supervision.
Valid driver's license for travel to client locations.
Familiarity with PC desktops, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 environments.
Knowledge of desktop imaging and basic network troubleshooting.
Understanding of VLAN configurations and desktop hardware.
