Join Our Finance Team as a Staff Accountant
Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a
Staff Accountant
who is ready to own the General Ledger, dive into month-end close, and grow with a dynamic team!
This isn't just a data-entry role. We need someone who understands the "why" behind the numbers and is eager to help us streamline our financial operations.
What you’ll do:
✅ Manage full-cycle General Ledger activities and month-end close tasks.
✅ Perform complex bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations.
✅ Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaids, and reclassifications).
✅ Maintain the Fixed Asset register and depreciation schedules.
✅ Assist with Sales & Use tax filings and audit preparation.
✅ Support the Senior Accountant and Controller on ad-hoc financial projects.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, or SAP experience is a plus!).
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs are your best friends).
A proactive mindset—you love finding ways to make processes more efficient.
A collaborative environment where your contributions are noticed.
