Conducts new employee benefit orientation sessions

Supports employee benefit and Insurance programs

Manages full-cycle recruitment for retail offices

Administers leaves of absences

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

3+ years of experience in HR, focused on recruitment and benefits

Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems
