Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to play a critical role in the growth of our Engineering and Information Technology teams. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, contribute to TA process improvements, and partner with HR and leadership to attract top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a consultative, data-driven approach to hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Play a critical role in the growth of our Engineering and IT teams by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to define recruiting strategy and achieve company talent goals.
Demonstrate success in recruiting talent for critical Engineering and IT functions, including mechanical, electrical, firmware engineers, project managers, and product managers.
Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and best practices within the TA team and broader HR organization.
Be innovative: suggest improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and strategies to deliver increasing value to candidates, hiring managers, and the company.
Own your job: approach daily work with responsibility, discipline, and ownership, recognizing the impact on customers, the company, and personal growth.
Develop and lead talent programs and initiatives, taking a consultative, business-partner approach.
Foster a data-driven organization by leveraging metrics and trends to inform decisions and improve results.
Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience at a regional or national level, preferably in a corporate environment.
Proven experience recruiting engineering and IT roles, especially mechanical, electrical, firmware, project management, and product management positions.
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders to build buy-in and influence decision-making.
Skilled in gathering data, analyzing trends, and presenting findings to various audiences.
Comfortable performing in a fast-paced, transformative, and growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience building or contributing to TA programs or initiatives.
Familiarity with recruiting technology and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
Strong understanding of engineering and IT talent markets.
