Maura Sullivan for Congress
is seeking a detail‑oriented, disciplined, and highly organized Call Time and Events Manager to oversee and manage the campaign’s call time program and in‑district events program for a competitive primary and general election. The Call Time Manager will be responsible for planning, staffing, and executing daily call time, maintaining donor research and call lists, and tracking performance metrics to ensure fundraising goals are met, and working with the finance team to plan and execute in‑district fundraising events. This is a
full‑time position
that runs through the 2026 NH Primary, and if applicable, the General Election.
Responsibilities:
Call Time Management
Plan, schedule, and staff daily call time for the candidate
Prepare daily call sheets, briefings, and research materials; ensure call time runs efficiently and stays on schedule
Track call outcomes and follow‑up needs in coordination with the Finance team
Serve as the primary point of contact during call time sessions
Donor Research & List Management
Build and maintain call lists using NGP, Action Network, Numero, and other fundraising tools
Conduct donor research to support efficient and strategic call time
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, notes, and follow‑ups
Coordinate with Finance Director to prioritize call targets based on campaign goals
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly call time metrics
Monitor progress toward call time and fundraising goals; identify trends and opportunities to improve call time productivity
Share updates and insights with the Finance Director and senior staff
Coordination & Support
Coordinate closely with the Finance Director, Operations Director, and Campaign Manager to align call time with overall campaign priorities
Assist with donor follow‑up, acknowledgments, and scheduling as needed
Maintain a calm, professional presence during high‑volume or high‑pressure call time blocks
Adapt quickly to changes in schedule, priorities, or targets
Qualifications:
At least one cycle of political campaign experience in a finance, call time, or fundraising role is preferred
Strong commitment to democratic politics and policies
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, as well as a friendly demeanor even when under pressure.
Ability and willingness to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Comfort managing spreadsheets, CRMs, and fundraising databases
Ability to manage repetitive, high‑volume tasks with focus and accuracy; strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
The ideal candidate will be based in or willing to relocate to New Hampshire.
Compensation:
Pay range is $5000-6000/month and commensurate with experience. There will be a primary win bonus of two month’s salary.
