Job Description This position is for our Indianapolis, IN office. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid office environment, with both remote and in-office work being required.
The ideal candidate will do the following
Draft support letters, responses to Requests for Evidence from USCIS
Represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)
Draft communications to clients describing/addressing immigration law issues
Communicate with clients verbally and in writing to secure information and documentation
Conduct research by utilizing on-line legal research tools
Review and maintain client database files
Plan cases and case strategies under the supervision of senior attorneys
Determine case priorities and keep abreast of all case developments
Learn about U.S. immigration rules and procedures
Review potential clients' issues and consult with them

Required
Must possess a Juris Doctorate Degree
Must be a member in good standing of the Indiana Bar
Exceptional communication skills
Superior decision-making skills
Competency to serve clients from a variety of cultures
Strongly Preferred
Immigration Law experience
Compensation Based upon experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
