About This Opportunity Are you a Salesforce Administrator or ERP specialist looking for your next challenge? Join our 3-year global digital transformation initiative implementing Salesforce CRM, NetSuite ERP systems, HubSpot Marketing, and Boomi Integration Platform across USA, Australia, and UK operations.

As our Enterprise Applications Administrator, you will configure, implement, and optimize business-critical platforms for our 80+ person organization. This role focuses exclusively on CRM, ERP, and marketing automation systems that drive our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations functions. After the transformation phase, you will transition to platform ownership and ongoing optimization, becoming the go-to expert for our core business systems.

Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the United States with flexible hours while collaborating with our distributed team.

What You’ll Do

Configure Salesforce and NetSuite, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and forms.

Set up user accounts, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security configurations.

Build validation rules and field‑level security to maintain data integrity.

Configure list views, related lists, compact layouts, and page assignments.

Create record types and business processes for different user groups.

Set up email templates, letterheads, and standard communication tools.

Build workflows and approval processes using standard platform tools.

Configure Salesforce Flow Builder for standard automations.

Create NetSuite workflows and saved searches for business processes.

Set up automated notifications and alerts.

Design scheduled automation for recurring business processes.

Execute data migrations from legacy systems (Zoho) with comprehensive cleanup and validation.

Perform ongoing data quality audits and cleanup projects.

Build data quality dashboards to track metrics.

Establish data entry standards and validation processes.

Monitor data health and resolve quality issues.

Build custom reports and report types within Salesforce and NetSuite.

Create interactive dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams.

Design KPI visualizations and performance tracking.

Configure NetSuite saved searches for financial and operational reporting.

Set up scheduled report delivery and automated alerts.

Create self‑service reporting solutions for business users.

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for all user groups.

Create user guides, quick reference materials, and video tutorials.

Build and maintain knowledge base with FAQs and best practices.

Conduct new hire onboarding for Salesforce/NetSuite users.

Hold regular office hours for user questions.

Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce, NetSuite, and HubSpot questions.

Provide expert guidance on system functionality and best practices.

Troubleshoot user issues and configuration problems.

Handle enhancement requests and prioritize with stakeholders.

Drive platform adoption through proactive communication and relationship building.

Gather user feedback and implement improvements.

Champion best practices and efficient system usage.

Empower users to maximize platform capabilities through ongoing enablement.

Document configuration decisions, business processes, and system workflows.

Create process flow diagrams for workflows and business processes.

Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.

Create test scripts and scenarios.

Document and track issues through resolution.

Validate requirements are met before go‑live.

What You Bring Required Experience

2‑4 years hands‑on Salesforce administration (Admin certification preferred).

2‑4 years hands‑on NetSuite administration.

2‑4 years other enterprise CRM or ERP administration (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle).

Plus

Strong system configuration skills: custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, security models.

Experience building reports, dashboards, and analytics within enterprise platforms.

Data migration experience using data loading tools.

Excellent communication and training skills—ability to explain technical concepts to business users.

Strong documentation and process mapping abilities.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Highly Desirable

Experience with both CRM and ERP platforms (Salesforce + NetSuite).

Salesforce Advanced Administrator or NetSuite Administrator certification.

SQL knowledge or database concepts.

Business process and knowledge base documentation tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Notion).

Why This Role Is Special Lead multiple full‑lifecycle enterprise implementations over 3 years, gaining experience typically acquired in 5‑7 years in traditional admin roles. You’ll deepen expertise in Salesforce, ERP, and marketing automation while learning integration architecture.

Work with industry‑leading platforms: Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Boomi, BigQuery, Looker, and modern satellite business applications.

Partner closely with our Director of Analytics & Digital Transformation, learning enterprise architecture, system design principles, and strategic technology decision‑making.

As part of a lean 3‑person IT team, your work directly shapes how our global organization operates. You’ll see the immediate impact of your configurations, reports, and training on business outcomes.

Work‑Life Balance This is a fully remote role available to work from anywhere in the USA. Hours are flexible to coordinate across time zones, and expectations are well defined and communicated up‑front.
