is looking for an Office Administratorto join our team immediately. This role assists in administeringpolicies and procedures, employee health and welfare plans, andaddresses employee relations. This role provides administrative supportto the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, filemaintenance, HRIS management, and internal employee communications.

Responsibilities

Supports the recruitment, onboarding and separation processes.

Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.

Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions.

Assists with the processing of terminations.

Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.

Responds to verifications of employment status.

Supports HR projects.

Assists with benefits administration.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

An ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and a high level of discretion

The ability to communicate clearly and decisively

Must possess excellent organizational skills

Ability to manage stressful situations and maintain a high level of composure in a fast paced and challenging work environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software preferred

Two years of administrative support experience.

Administrative HR experience preferred.
