Responsibilities
Managing projects in the area of product launches to serial production.
Handling the entire project life cycle (PLC), beginning with the project scope statement and the planning phase until its successful completion.
Coordinating and facilitating teamwork between different departments, global locations, and legal entities to ensure project completion.
Identifying, assembling, and managing the project’s resources.
Continuously monitoring & reporting the project status to all concerned stakeholders.
Ensuring the necessary legal documentation is completed and signed‑off.
Resolving or escalating issues in a timely fashion.
Traveling and visiting our clients (up to 10% will be necessary).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience in leading major projects within the automotive industry.
Qualification in project management (PMI or equivalent) appreciated.
Proven experience in scope, cost, stakeholder, risk, and change management.
Leadership experience as a problem solver who motivates the team.
Excellent communication skills, continuous improvement mindset, and spotless work ethic.
A strong understanding of financial KPIs and budget management.
Fluent in Polish and English.
