We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will design, implement, manage, and support enterprise systems while ensuring reliability, security, and performance across our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain Windows and/or Linux-based systems and cloud environments
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative measures
Manage system updates, patches, backups, and disaster recovery processes
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance and best practices
Document system configurations, procedures, and changes
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of servers, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms
Experience with automation, monitoring tools, and system security
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Eligibility Requirements
Must reside in the United States
Must have valid authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware, Microsoft, Linux)
Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
