We are looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and ensure Agile best practices are followed to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Act as a Scrum Master, removing impediments and coaching teams on Agile principles. Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams. Track project progress using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Ensure clear communication, documentation, and reporting. Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC. Experience managing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
